of the President of the Educating for Peace Institute,

Avenida Paulo Brossard, 1745, Casa 3, Bairro Vassouras 2, CEP 79057-000, 
Francisco Morato, State of São Paulo, Federative Republic of Brazil, 
in view of the Agreement signed with 

H.R.M. Prof. Dr. Hc. MSPA, Iansyahrechza, FW. Ph.D
Maharajá Kutai Mulawarman, 

for Education for World Peace, Citizenship and Human Rights, 
special attention to children - especially orphans - women and the elderly, 
and all social injustice, such as hunger, misery, illiteracy, 
violence, discrimination of race, color, gender, social, religious, 
against drug trafficking, abuse of psychoactive substances, pedophilia, 
human trafficking, organ trafficking, in a poignant activism, 
focused on social inclusion, commitment to the 10 Principles 
of the Pact Nations Global Fund, the 17 SDGs - Millennium Development 
Goals Agenda 30 of the United Nations, appoint
 H. R. M. Prof. Dr. Hc. MSPA, Maharajá Kutai Mulawarman, 
International President of the 
IEP - Educating for Peace Institute,
 aiming at the expansion of the Convention Previously signed, 
considering the need to expand our agreement, 
to voluntarily propagate Education for Peace worldwide, 
in all quarters of the world. Therefore, 
as of this date of February 28, 2019, 
by this 
MINUTES OF APPOINTMENT BY PRIVATE INSTRUMENT 
FOR H. R. M. Dr. Hc. MSPA. Iansyahrechza. FW Ph.D, 
is by law and in fact,
the International President - for the five continents and Oceania, 
being able to exercise his function, 
within the limits of national and international laws, 
whatever is necessary, 
for the implementation of projects aimed at Education for Peace, 
Citizenship and Human Rights, 
Social Justice. There is no profit in this agreement, 
but voluntary work. And for being true, 
I sign Present as Founder and President of the Educating for Peace Institute,
